Thank you for purchasing i18n Translation Tool. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy as detailed below.

2. Refund Conditions

We stand behind the quality of our product, but to protect against abuse, we have strict refund conditions:

  • Technical Issues: Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase if the software is defective or fails to function as advertised, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you.
  • Fair Use: Refunds will not be granted for "change of mind" or if you have already successfully used the tool to translate your extension metadata. Our tool provides immediate, consumable value, and translating your metadata before requesting a refund is considered an abuse of this policy.

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refunds that do not meet these criteria.

3. How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. In many cases, Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns directly. You may also contact Paddle Buyer Support for refund assistance.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
